Even thou Mayor's Newsom and his Administration have been conducting and covering up an issue of public transportation acoustic trespassing happening since 2001, I am personally; even having the proof that what I am saying it is true; do not have the right to call the Mayor a "Crook."

Many times we are right, but the way we expose the issue, if bias, stereotyped or generalized, that will work against us instead in our favor.

Then we end up to make a fool of ourselves and thus not catching the perpetrator and responsible party for the wrongs.

Chavez is so crooked!

My advise to Mister Chavez is to have an independent qualified channel to separate the lies from the truth and leave the media to play their circus as they wish.

A panel of independent citizens should be formed to oversight this. Under the free speech act we have the lies, the gossip and the truth. It is much more ethical to separate the lies and expose it than make the mistake to overshadow the truth. If, in a hypothetical quest, his government are doing something wrong against the population;

- How he and his subordinates will deal with the mistakes if no one is there to point that out?

By the other hand the media must act in an ethical manner. Something never unheard in some Countries for sure.

That is one of the reasons I strive to air true life issues as much as I can. Am I perfect? No! But I am sincerely trying to do my best to expose the truth.

So, in relation to real events; If it is happening in real life, it is real! A system of checks and balances must be in place so the truth will come out. If is gossip or manipulation of media and information, even if it is allowed will not help to assess the event ethically towards others.

That is why I am for freedom of speech and in addition to have a special panel of qualify individuals on the side to separate the truth from the clown, Trolls and foolishness of the people.
