DEVELOPING: A military judge has granted the U.S. government's request for another delay in the Sept. 11 war crimes trial at Guantanamo Bay.
Army Col. Stephen Henley granted the 60-day continuance to give President Barack Obama's administration more time to decide whether to move the trial to civilian court or a revamped military court.
Henley had scheduled a hearing Monday to allow Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and two other defendants to voice any objections. But the self-proclaimed mastermind of the attacks and the other defendants sent a note to the judge saying they did not oppose the delay.
Mohammed is expected to address the court later on his request to dismiss lawyers assigned to help him with his case.

Awww! Ain't I sweet? You'd never think I love to spill people's blood and that my hate is almost my entire persona. That extra little that is not hate is the cute little murders I commit now and then.
Don't I look like a cute little innocent, gentle soul who would never rape or murder? - 2 years ago
