Kirk Cameron smears Darwin, promotes creationism (Video)

Kirk Cameron is smearing Darwin, and promoting creationism. In what can only be characterized as religion gone dumb, Cameron, failed child star turned wacky Christian, is teaming up with his equally wacky buddy Ray Comfort in a campaign to deny scientific truth and promote the most ignorant of religious superstition.

Just in time for the 150th anniversary of Charles Darwin's Origin of Species, Cameron and Comfort are promoting an edition of the book that features an introduction claiming to discredit the theory of evolution, making the case for intelligent design.

    • How odd. The whole anti-Darwin thing is actually pretty rare in Christendom. It's really just a few fringey groups that support it. It's merely that those few that do have significant membership, few ethics, and are very very loud. I suppose eventually there had to be someone famous that joined them.

      He is a professional actor though, maybe he just really needed the money. Homegirl is actually more charismatic than him though. Maybe there's a future for her in Hollywood.

Oh, and how my parents love to tell me how my liberal, heathen college professors are brainwashing me. Ha! Do Christians really think that they are getting away with acting the vicitm all the time? The school thing really gets me, though. Why should government funded schools teach your kids about your god? That's why you go to your church! Keep your faith in your home like everyone else.
