We should determine the efficacy of the Fed and act appropriately. If the Fed is unable to effectively execute it's purpose or that it actively undermines that purpose and that the free market is able to better determine its own fate then we should abolish the Fed. The first necessary step to determining the efficacy of the Fed would be an audit.
