U.S. Troops Kill Fallujah 'Shoe-Thrower'

Another shoe thrower was shot dead last week by US troops in Iraq. Residents told an Agence France Presse reporter in Fallujah that Ahmed Latif, whom they said was mentally disturbed, insulted the soldiers as they patrolled in the center of the city, and then hurled a shoe at them.
