Quite true, carmalite. In this economy, a car payment is a definite liability. It's not an issue of quality- Car and Driver did an issue where they compared the Toyota Solara and Chrysler Sebring- and it was no contest- the Sebring was superior in every regard. And now that Saturn is a part of automotive history, we can see that the economy will continue to be in a mess.

GM's Cobalt is a good car. The problem is that most people are not buying cars because they are afraid of the economy and are in a saving mode.
