    • they did this to me.

i told them to f them selves. i had no money. after a long fight with customer service asshole the management got fed with me complaining for close to 4 hours up and closed my account that had no money in it and agreed waived the charges as long as i deposited the difference that was taken out.

i had overdraft fees that were sprung on me.
for overages of as little as 50 cents... they charged me 35 dollars...

pffft. eff banks. eff 'em in da aye.

    • And in a very devious almost illegal way they've done some really underhanded garbage to our small business.
Everyones having difficulties at this time.
We've had checks people have written us bounce and have run to cover everything within the time period but the bank keeps throwing more and higher fees at us and compounding it to the point that no matter how much money we put in there they take it out and so our vendor checks bounce and we can't get the bank to fix THEIR mistakes they keep changing the rules as if it's a competition to screw everyone to get ahead and no one will help it stop.
Everyone in business we talk to are having the same problem.
It's very frustrating. It's as though the banks feel they are Above The Law, and have free rein.
