I couldn't verify that they didn't include this in the link because it jumps too fast to a photo of simply almonds from several immages, which aren't identified by words...But in the event they didn't include this food source, raw wheat germ, and wheat germ oil are very high on this list. I always keep some in my frig next to the cod liver oil. The ideal body builder's breakfast would include orange or tomato juice, 12 grain toast with some almond butter, and raw wheat germ mixed into some probiotic yogurt with fresh fruit topping it: cherries, blueberries, pommegranites etc.
