A Mother in Los Angeles has questions for investigators after her daughter is murdered in Ecuador and it takes five days for the American consulate to be notified.

    • Wow, So sad.
      Prayers are with this family and to speed up the investigation to catch the killer. Such a shame the world will be less without the things she was going to do with her life.
