After taking $45 billion in TARP assistance, Citigroup has struck a "loss sharing deal" with the government, which makes us (taxpayers) on the hook for an additional future loss $214 billion dollars!
As if they hadn't plundered enough, now they've hired Hohlt to fight any future regulations.
What an obscene example of hubris.

It isnt greed iits unAmerican and Obama is party to this fraud. Obama has hired Geitner and summers both former Goldman Sachs boys so the Money men have a complete loop to Obama and the biggest population of dopes in the world. At least the Iranians rose up and made an effort to end Irans theocracy and corrupt regime. Americans Yawn and go to bed, or set on their fat asses texting to momma. And all the while they are being robbed blind with the governments approval. What are you American going to do?

Tarp funds were a way to funnel taxpayer cash into corporations so they can funnel it back to senators, governors etc etc..it happens all the time...not just bank bailout funds...
thus,..this is the reason so many Americans were against the bailout in the first place,..let them all go to pot if they were so wreckless and irresponsible..they do not deserve to be in business when they are under water... - 2 years ago
