You can also expect the Oxycontin abuse rate to go up.

    • i am a cabinetmaker/carpenter/millworker....florida is for sale. 90 % of condos stand empty. you can get a government grant to buy one.! thats how bad it is.!
      i went looking for work yesterday..the people who are working are not quitting....I expect no new construction in Florida for the next FIVE years....we dont even get tourists anymore. All the construction workers at the Bars are gone..People i know who worked construction all their lives are homeless and hopeless. it sucks.

    • What jobs are the most effected?
      Here in western PA, in the re-do dept., doctors offices, hospitals and clinics are not replacing or updating cabinets, counters, woodwork and other remodeling because they are afraid of changes that will occur in the event the heath care bill passes. These facilities usually keep up with repairs due to the need for efficiency in the facility. The cabinets and counters, drawers (labs areas, nurses stations, admission areas, etc.) need to be in good working order.
      Usually the medical profession, in Florida, is screaming for medical and professional help due to the large over 65 group. In fact when the winter hits N. America they even import nurses from Europe to help with the glut of active retirees.
