Time To Change MORE State Medicinal Marijuana Policies; Contact Elected Officials: USA.gov

Image
With the passing of a new federal policy on Medicinal Marijuana, the door has been further opened to medically needy people across the country. There's only one problem; most of states have NO Active State Medical Marijuana Programs!!!

That means countless people are left with the same options in treating many notable if not serious medical ailments. The same consequences for going outside of what's been pushed by the pharmaceutical industry, with all the deadly and/or addictive side effects.

It doesn't have to be that way in your state, you can lobby or contact your elected officials, your voice can be heard; you can make a difference. For an effective way to go about it;

(there are many more articles on the same or similar process)

As many people as I KNOW could benefit from medicinal marijuana, and as many people I've heard reference there/others serious ailments here on current; I had link these things together and suggest action...

    • I'm heating up my Volcano at this very moment, legally I might add. We have to keep up the good fight until MM is legal at the federal level. And not just for medical reasons, but for recreational use as well.

    • Washington States Cannabis laws are ridiculous. Medicinal Cannabis is legal, However dispensaries or any legal means to obtain medication are illegal.

      It is legal for patients to buy it off the street but that seems to defeat logic. All the are doing is legally supporting crime syndicates. Im sorry to admit it but Cannabis is a large profit source for gangs.

      The whole point to legalizing Cannabis, even if only for medicine, is to reduce crime not encourage it. I think the only reason WA state's laws are like that is to set the system up for failure. So that when crime rates go up and gangs are making bank, lawmakers will be able to point at it and say "we told you so". It Probably isnt the only state to have the system set up this way either.

      We Need Change.

    • medical necessity defense has worked in texas...but really going through that process of having to explain yourself is punishment. It's nobody's business and we shouldn't be wasting time or money on it.
