Ok, so, I think everyone’s had a neighbor like this at some point and if you haven’t, you’re lucky, cause it blows. I’m moving in three weeks and just my luck I’ll end up next to this guy or the guy that mows his lawn at 6am on Saturday. So here’s to hoping for a neighbor that loves to make cookies and always has too much.

    • I've got a name for this: "Status quo of the Excessive." Let us all make everyone responsible for someone's safety because a person just do not know how to walk the streets.

      The problem is not only what it is but the people that accepts being ran by a society of a false alleged disoriented and drunk person.

      There is a big joke here somewhere but in the end it is not funny!

      Someone got to stand up and stop this absurdity with the status quo of the excessive and government misuse of power.

    • Rolling noisemakers...
      I heard the other day that they were going to make electric cars have some noise maker added too, because people do not know how to look both ways when they cross the street, and have relied on their ears to tell them when a car is coming for too long...
