Charlize Theron, Natasha Henstridge, Connie Nielson, Diane Kruger,
Kathy Heigl, Kristen Bell, Olivia Munn, Hayden Panitierre, for example,
in the here & now, are all sizzelers. Ava Gardner also the cat's meow
in her day. In the movie, the Aviator, they cast Kate Beckinsale to play
the role of Ava Gardner. She played the role well, W/a glint in her eye
reminding me of sparklers on the 4th of July. Yeah ! That's what I'm
talking about !.Cause when you're hot, you're hot. Uhhhm. And when
you're not, you're not. LIke the Gordon Lightfoot song, all these folks
remind me of the Summer Side of Life. It will no doubt sound stranger
than Jim Morrison could put it to say this. But I have no doubt God
made a flower unique to all these folks. It would be fascinating even
to ponder which flower is their favorite, then compare it to the variety
they remind me of. That would be a William Blake style comparison. - 9 months ago

By the temperature of the water you'd need to drink to cool you down.
(Where there's a will there's a way. Where there's a wilt there's no way.)
In the inception of the universe, for up to the 1st Billion years there were
1st magnitude superstars unknown to us now. They burned so extremely
hot that they could create the heavier atomic elements like Gold & Platinum.
( By comparison our star Sol can create only the lesser heavy elements of
lead and iron ).The Indians used to call Gold the yellow iron. Humans could
not have existed to witness how great and hot the 1st magnitude superstars
were. They could be seen 24 hours a day from any part of the earth. And
would fill up the sky from any distance. Since they burned so hot, they would
have vaporized all our solar system and us with it if we could have been
around to witrness them. I say all this to provide a comparison to put things
in perspective. You know, like the jazz song says: Tryin to make it real, com
pared to what ? In the age of humans we also have luminaries we call stars.
But that's because we're all made from the stardust of those original 1st
magnitude superstars. After they went nova and their Gold dust drifted
through space and became absorbed into the earth 11 Billion years later,
humans were created. Even yeasts have micro amounts of Gold in them, as
humans do. If you visited a posh French restaurant 20 years ago you could
order a piece of chocolate cake with Gold leaf on it. (They can press Gold
to 1/10.000 th of an inch thick) Gold is a micronutrient. How did John Lennon
put it ? " Cause we all shine on, like the moon and the stars and the Sun.
A superstar ? Right you are ! " Got to ramble on.............sing my song...got
to shaaaaayayyayyayaaaake !!! " Jimmy Page. When you're hot your're hot. - 9 months ago

Also dead is Lord Byron. A little weird since paintings are his only photographic evidence of beauty. But still. Hot.

In the 1st make of Mutiny on the Bounty they cast Clark Gable in the role
of Spencer Christian, then in the 1960s remake, Marlon Brando, then a
decade later , Mel Gibson. The Zeitgeist of the time seemed to have a lot
to do with the choices who evolved to symbolize what was hot from what
was not. Marlon Brando was called leonine when he was young because
he was a firebrand. Not surprising then that they also cast him to portray
Emiliano Zapata, one of Mexico's greatest patriots in their land reform
movement. A fellow Ares as Marlon Brando was, I can appreciate how
he was considered a bright star. - 9 months ago
