We are not meant to win this war, it barely can be classed as a war.
We are only there to create tension and more hatred for the west, and to make corporations more money and push us further apart as human beings.
that being said, it's not like the national draft, i feel for everyone who has died or lost limbs etc but they don't have to be there, i could not fight a war that i didnt fully understand, blind patriotism will destroy us not help us. - 2 years ago

Military is only there to protect drug and oil trade to the U.S. so of course there is no military solution to making peace,..that was never part of the plan,...the plan was to go in and conquer resources like drugs and oil so we can make an economic profit...that is what is called "PROTECTING AMERICAS INTERESTS"

"We are making enemies there and it only makes things worse"
Which is why the troops should focus less on attacking the Taliban and more defending schools and other things that'll help prevent cultish hatred towards everyone else...
Sure, it might not prevent threats now, but it'll almost be unheard of 15 or 20 years from now, when no one's irrational enough to vent their hatred.
EDIT: when I mean irrational, I mean not resorting to declaring vengeance against their "enemies" for the loss of relatives and friends in their nation.
