There are more gray areas then black and white. The biggest problem is the fact that this is a direct assault on women's choice by the assholes on the hill!

i wonder, how will you prove an instance of rape? particularly if taken to court and the jury says "nope, the man is innocent." if the woman was indeed raped, and the insurance company says "sorry, the courts say you weren't," what then? just wondering how it's supposed to work out.
