Happy Birthday to the first video I ever posted to YouTube! Today it has 2,631,724 views and has transformed our company entirely. From our small single room office on Broadway we now occupy 3 offices in Brooklyn and have expanded our products globally.
What started as a simple video post that was going to help me better illustrate the magnetic properties of my first product design became a marketing direction that has been entirely integrated into our business model. Many of our products are so unique and different that we need and rely upon video to better tell the story of the features of our products.
On this the 3 year anniversary of our first post on YouTube I took a few minutes just to reflect upon the amazing experience it was to be featured and try to share some insights that I had in the experience that might help some of you get featured.
