How many Fox News personalities does Palin thank in Going Rogue?

At the end of her forthcoming book, Going Rogue, Sarah Palin thanks, by name, the "bold and patriotic, fair and balanced media folks" who "mak[e] the idiots' heads spin":

To some media professionals whom I admire because you don't let anyone tell you to sit down and shut up, please keep making the idiots' heads spin. Thanks for not taking our Freedom of the Press for granted, you bold and patriotic, fair and balanced media folks. Keep calling it like you see it: Amanda, Andrew, Ann, Bill(s), Bob, Cal, Dennis, Dick, Eddie, Fred, Glenn, Greta, Hugh, Joey, John, Jonah, Larry, Laura, Lou, Mark, Mary, Michael, Michelle, R.A.M., Rich, Rush, S.E., Sean, Tammy, Walter ... and there are more. I join you in standing up for what is right. Remember that as your voice is heard and your spine is stiffened, the spines of others are stiffened, too. (Going Rogue, Page 413)

    • Palin will probably make a half-baked attempt to run in 2012.
      She'll show up late after much speculation, try to get nominated and generate a lot of excitement amongst her deluded base and then quit midway. By then, she'll be hawking her next 'book' that she 'wrote'.
      Kind of a Fred Thompson approach.

    • Poor Sarah Palin! Everyone is out to get her. Isn't it funny when these clowns on the right get caught up in lies and scandal they blame the"mainstream media", which is basically everyone except for FUX news. Her Book has already been outed to be chalked full of lies and it hasn't been released. I hope she does run for Pres. in 2012, cause the truth about this stupid "media whore" will all come out. From what I understand, the book has nothing about policy, just a bunch of "bunk" excuses and accusations that will make her look even dumber then she probably is. Yes, I will be reading it for "shits and giggles", but sure as hell ain't buying it. I'll borrow it from my local library (which is supported by taxes, all you tea baggers).     • Why should she not say thank you to the one network that was not out to destroy her? Whatever you think of Sarah Palin's opinions, the hatchet job done to her, and the bait and switch sales job to get Obama elected was journalistic malpractice of the first order. I simply cannot fathom this deranged pathological hatred toward Sarah Palin. Disagree on substance and leave the ad hominem attacks out of it. It makes you look like hateful idiots.

      You mean like Joe Biden? Does the press go atfer him for his whoppers and mis-speaks? Think there might be just a bit of envy, agenda, and a double standard? PS I do think Sarah needs to be more terse, but its no excuse for the bashing she gets. Some people have an Olberman-esque pathological hated of her.

      Anyone running to be Vice President of The United States should be and expect to be under strict scrutiny. The fact that she doesn't seem to understand this is just more prove of how unqualified she is. She is a trite individual who knows so little about U.S. and world affairs she is an embarrassment to this country.
