    • not knowing the details, one can assume maybe she busted a cap in him to save herself or for some other reason...

    • Classic case of domestic violence and first degree murder. I wish to mention there was the 16 y/o daughter present at the time of this extremely violent crime. I've read a few articles of wives murdering a child and husband. Perhaps I'm getting the stories mixed up. If the daughter was present, why did not the DA or police add child abuse to the mother's violent murder charges?

    • It is my understanding that she is already using the "Get Out of Jail" Free card that only females allowed to use. Remember Mary Winkler used it and avoided murder charges when she "accidently" shot her husband after disconnecting the phones and watching him bleed to death without calling for help. (Remember she also had get away plans and was using them. What is this get out of jail free card? Accuse the man who can no longer defend himself of abuse. There is NO proof needed. It works almost every time.
