Gay Teen Found Dismembered, Burned, and Decapitated in Puerto Rico

Over the weekend the body of a 19 year old gay teen, George Steven Lopez Mercado, was discovered mutilated on the side of the road near his home town of Cayey.

For the first time in the history of Puerto Rico this murder is being classified as a hate crime.
