BART Cop Murder Trial to Move to Downtown L.A.

Image
SHERIFF
Last New Year's Eve, the San Francisco Area rung in the New Year with a bad start. A police officer working for the BART transit system shot and killed an unarmed man already restrained and facing down on the ground. Now that former cop, 27-year-old Johannes Mehserle stands trial for murder.

The fact that they are foreshadowing riots, is a strong indication that there is NO faith in the judicial system when the offender has a badge.... and yes, we WILL riot if this SOB gets off. Check the link for the full story and video of the shooting....

    • Many things could happen, but I foresee two possible outcomes.
      1. He is found not guilty and the entire city riots, finds this guy, and they create their own "civil justice"

      or

      2. He is found guilty and is sent off to prison where he will be murdered in the prison for being a cop who killed an innocent black man.

Either way, he needs to be held accountable for his actions. If the justice system doesn't serve justice, ESPECIALLY with all the witnesses and the video of him shooting this young unarmed man, then the people will. And the people will not show constraint like the justice system will, this is a guarantee
