The irony of Marijuana being a multi-benefit med, and misclassified by the fed as no medical value!

The thing that is messed up is, studies were done in the throughout the last centry, but like always people put their personal prefrence over majority rule and public opinion. when first marijauna tax act of 1937 the new york mayor ordered testes that later proved that it was harmless. But a man that wanted to create a reputation for being hard on drug addicts, had the infromation dissmised and the mayor (including his men) tailed and tried discreaditing him. the same happened with NIxon in the 60's, regan in the 80's and now in the present.

define: "do drugs"
do you mean consume (currently) illicit substances that COULD potentially be beneficial with more research?
if so, then you also must mean:
consume pharmaceuticals (aka drugs) that are accepted by society and the government.

Only an ignorant person talks trash about what he/she knows nothing about. I have seen first hand the healing propertys of cannabis. I have used it for many years now to control my anger problems. The medications from my psychiatrist had so many side effects that made me sick or unable to maintane a clear thought.

rickm8 if by contributing to this boys deliquency you mean that hes happy for the first time and now he can eat like a regular boy than yeah maybe... whoever you are you sound like a complete moron, so before you go to respond to articles like this pretending like you have some idea of what your talking about... dont. Use the internet for what it was made for and do some research then come back and say something that doesnt make you sound like both an idiot and an ass.

I have an ADHD relative that swears it works for focus and clarity of thought. This person found out by 'smokin' recreationally with friends and found the phenomenon occurred every time. Now this relative will use it occasionally to focus and feel straight!

i dont think it helps all problems, but as an epilepsy patient it severely dampens my chronic depression, and seziures, ive been using marijuana recreationally for 8 years and medicinally for 6 (without a doctors perscription), i dont think i would introduce my child into the world of medicinal drugs until they were 16, being misdiagnosed with adhd in 4th grade, i dont believe in giving your kids drugs with a bundle of side effects. pot dosnt seem to have any. its in no way delinquency, shes trying to help her child the best ways shes found to work. if shes abusing her sons medication thats a different story, her son should be evaluated to appropriate his drug use. and his mother should not be judged

IFirst I in no way condone breaking laws but I understand this mother's frustrtion due the frustration I've seen with my young relatives parents trying to treat him with all natural (and Legal) methods and having the frustration of the meds not working and the school district's impatient interference.
I can not understand the slow drag to get medical cannabis out there to help people who need it now! - 2 years ago

If it helps, it helps. Marijuana is a drug just like pharmaceuticals, but far more natural than most.

I think people automatically assume if weed is involved with anything, they think it is wrong. I don't think this is that kind of case. If you wanna trash it, at least wait until some legit studies are made. THEN the debate begins...
