The report tells of the prosecutor claiming the boy now suffers emotional distress and taunting by his peers.

I would have suffered emotional distress if my mother had ratted out and ruined a great sexual conquest (and at 15 that's exactly what this is) for me.

The taunting, surely by jealous peers, or those brainwashed with religion, was hopefully offset by many pats-on-the-back and high-fives.

To the boy - WTF is this business with the tattoo? Was she that good? Do tell...

i know its wrong but im 23 now so i can speak as an adult. but throughout middle school and high school there were a couple of teachers who i definitely wouldnt have minded 'abusing' me. sure, maybe such a sexual experience at that stage of my 'developmental mental health' would have have altered who i am now. but i didnt have the experience and im still a controlled 'sex addict' of sorts. dont need to go on dr. drew but im aware of who i am and my carnal desires..

And, being honest, if the boy was 16 the worst that would have happened to her would have been probably been termination of employment. And not for having sex with a minor because it's perfectly legal to have [consensual] sex with anybody over the age of 16 (providing you're over 16 yourself) but simply for abusing her 'position of trust'.
