A Long Island couple gets an early Christmas present as judge rules against bank that was trying to foreclose on their home.
At least for now, the bank plans to appeal the verdict, the homeowners Diane Yano-Horoski and her husband, Greg Horoski must feel as though they were the stars of "It's A Wonderful Life."
