    • Ahahahah! They need a "biggest loser: prison camp" season and just round up all of the obese people in the states. They could have fun games like leaving burgers around the camp that have rat poison in them and bison safari stampedes complete with cattle prods and elephant rifles.
In all seriousness, though, how is this any different than smoking around people.

I remember going to a football game and I got stuck sitting next to a fat woman. Whenever I stood up to cheer, I would try to sit back down and my fold down seat kept getting caught on her fat flank. My good buddy paid over $100 for that seat and I only got to use 80% of it. Shouldn't he be able to legally sue her for the $20?

Extremely fat people ruin things like ball games, plane rides and orgies. They should be taxed extra for the burden they place on the rest of us.

    • would not have liked to be sitting next to him!
he simply should not have been given a seat, its obvious that he wont fit into it, and will disrupt other passengers.
I'm eager to know if he could actually sit down? the picture just shows him going to sit down, but from looking at his back compared to the seat, he would definatly need to purchase two seats next time, if he can afford to gorge on food, he can afford another 2 seats!

This is also a major safety hazard. Can you imagine what would happen if the aircraft had to make a crash landing or the passengers had to debark quickly due to an emergency?

Airlifted a 650# guy in 79' with a cargo pallet & two matresses on it. Used cargo tie down straps to secure him to the pallet. Loaded him on the ramp with a fork lift and off we went flew in the C-141A to Hawaii!

If they HAVE TO purchase a second seat, would it be the same price as the first seat, or somewhat discounted? How do the flight attendants serve the food if they can't squeeze to carts past the aisle?
