Pitbull rapes two-year-old boy

I came across this incredibly disturbing report from July 2007 about a Buffalo, NY child who was raped by his family pitbull.
One neighbor told 2 On Your Side, she heard the mother screaming “The dog is raping my baby.” Neighbors ran to help, but only one man was able to get the dog and child apart.
Anastacio Castillo says “I tried to get the dog away from the baby, the dog was already inside the baby.” When the baby was finally free, he was visibly sick. Castillo says the boy was vomiting and bleeding.
A behavior specialist told reporters that “Dogs in tact, not spayed or neutered have a higher hormonal drive,” and that sexual attacks and aggression in dogs isn’t always a learned/trained behavior. She warns that parents should never leave their children alone with a dog.

This could happen with any dog. Just because it was a pit-bull don't go screaming vicious dog. This is a bad parenting exspearance. The child should have never been left alone long enough for this to happen. I hope for the childs sake that he is alright. That boils down to bad parenting.

This is a massive parenting fail, and a dog-owning fail both. If you have a big strong dog make sure they are trained and know who the boss is.
