    • What a loaded question, character is completely subjective. It entirely depends on the neighborhood in question and the other ventures that affect character. Furthermore, if you are completely ignorant about marijuana and it's benefits then you are affecting the character of the neighborhood negatively as well. It's a two way street.

    • The time has come to re classify Marijuana. As having medical benifits for humans on this planet. Marijuana is as old as we are. For only the last 90 years has there been such a failed attempt with horrible consequences To enforce the Morality of a few upon the morality of all.
