i have my doubts about this - would this be from russia by chance? they are notorious there for abusing bears. so too are many countries (romania, turkey, etc). the bears don't look like they're having a lot of fun, imho.

Yeah, I do have some reservations. I could be wrong but this appears to be Russian, maybe even the Moscow Circus.
They way they clutch the sticks is priceless and they skate pretty well for, uh, bears.
They seem to have some enthusiasm for the game, almost like domestic dogs. - 2 years ago

They don't look like they are being mistreated. They actually skate better than I do. :) It is one of those things that I look at and say, "they probably shouldn't be doing this, but they did it and I am glad I got to see it."

I can't wait to see the one where the bears teach human babies how to rip open dead tree stumps to get at the honeycombs inside. Man, you wouldn't believe how fast those little suckers can crawl when they have 10,000 angry bees after them!
