I would have to agree. This could be said about many different offenses. I have personally seen in one day at the courthouse the difference in the sentences of people depending on their financial status.

    • you dont need to be rich or fat in the pockets to get a card at 100 bucks; i get it the economy is jacked up but please think if you are that broke and poor you really have no business smoking anything, and focus on improving self
