Actually, to be more precise, the baby in the video and my first example above are not anencephalics, they are microcephalics.

These are examples of the more severe form of anencephalic babies, those who usually do not survive for more than a few days or a few hours.

Actually, some anencephalics can reach adulthood - this animated gif is from the famous film "Freaks" in which there were two or three such people. The child in the video looks more like this type of anencephalic than the more severe ones - I will post a picture of the more severe form of anencephaly below, you will notice the difference immediately.

Guyatthebusstation:
Medical Dictionary
zygote zy·gote (zī'gōt')
n.1.
The cell formed by the union of two gametes, especially a fertilized ovum before cleavage.
2.The organism that develops from a zygote.
so to answer the question you asked 0- a lot depending on what kind of zygote develops, because that will depend if the child born is healthy our not

Good singer in the church.
Hydroencephlaly kids can have very little brain material - and some can be as smart as anyone you will meet - in fact smarter.
Brain material can do way more than people think. A little can go a long way.It just shows that humans may have a great deal available in potential. In other words, you very probably really ain't using what you got up there.

This is so amazing and sad too. I feel bad for the mother not knowing when her son is going to die. I can't imagine that kind of internal conflict.

I think that's actually called a "Zygote" but thanks for playing. Impressive feat for a Zygote nonetheless.

Wow, I can't really wrap my head around this. On one hand, they're pretty awesome for caring for him and raising him even though he's an empty shell, on the other, will it be considered cruel to keep him alive if he lives through adulthood? He can't function on his own in even the smallest sense.
