Jersey Shore’s Vinnie on Snooki’s attack: Never hit — throw a drink!

Jersey Shore’s most shocking scene so far hasn’t even aired yet — the MTV show has been teasing the incident in which a man, identified in reports as NYC teacher Brad Ferro, hits cast member Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi with a closed fist. “That was the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen in my life: a grown man punching a little girl in the face,” castmate Vinnie Guadagnino, who witnessed the incident firsthand, tells In Touch. “Obviously, there’s no excuse ever to hit a girl. If you’re that mad, throw some liquid at her from your drink. Don’t ever hit her in the face!” Vinnie reports that the cast was often heckled by clubgoers and the man and others were trying to steal their drinks. “You knew that these kids were trouble,” he says. Snooki, who described the incident as “pretty serious” to In Touch last week, says the court date keeps getting delayed. “My dad thinks they want to see it on the show first,” she tells In Touch. Vinnie thinks that’s a great idea. “I hope there’s a judge watching it, saying, ‘This kid needs to be in jail,’” he says. “He should definitely not be around young women.”
