The United States Continues to Steal Land from Indians

During the course of this long-running, class-action litigation, it has been documented that the United States owes Indian people more than $137 billion for mismanagement of trust accounts. That was established just by the documents that were presented.

The original federal judge on this case was Royce Lamberth, who held at least three secretaries of the Interior in contempt for not producing thousands of additional documents. Also, during the course of this case, hundreds of relevant documents were found in the trash by Interior Department employees, who reported this to the court and to Interior Department officials.

So basically, now, the U.S. government is saying that it has identified the thief of Indian royalties and resources as itself. It has allowed the thief to determine the value of the settlement and mostly has allowed the thief to keep what has been stolen.

Only in America if you steal something and hold onto it long enough does it becomes yours.

      Not really... The Germans still have the bust of Nefertiti from Egypt dont they? Wasnt Canada also all Native American land? And all of South and Central America too?

      I mean dont get me wrong what we did to Native Americans was wrong(although you should understand that both sides committed atrocities) but dont try to make it out that the US is a menace to the world unlike any other major world power.

      The only reason Government is so "evil", corrupt, and inefficient is because it is run by PEOPLE. Of course people are always going to resent other people telling them what to do but without Government there would be anarchy. And currently humans are still too primitive and war-like to live without a Governing body.

      If you are going to have a government, keep it decentralized and local while also keeping it minimal, aimed towards protecting individual rights. THAT, is the only option.....

      The rest of it is a power and money grab....

      Heck, the SEC backed up Madoff for 17 years.....they don't even enforce the regulations!

      Even the mafia runs a tighter ship!
