The team showed that a benzene molecule attached to gold contacts could behave just like a silicon transistor.

    • Is anyone else bothered by the fact that Science Daily stories look eerily similar to the print equivalent of an infomercial from back in the days. they do; they look like advertisements. Makes it hard for me to read the entire article without expecting a litany of testimonials from 'everyday' people I would have no way of finding to prove or disprove their claims!
      Anyway, science rocks!
