Where do we draw the line between a flagrant disregard of privacy and safety?
It would seem that some have come to expect certain invasive action towards our privacy and further more towards our liberty in order to catch the bad guys and stay safe. The Patriot Act comes to mind, we basically threw all of our rights down the toilet in order to feel more safe and what has the Patriot Act done to prevent anything? I cant think of a damn thing.
This is similar to the Patriot Act but on a personal level. Instead of being watched from however far away by a group of people on computers, you're being watched face to face.
Will these fancy scanners stop the TERRORISTS from attacking America and "our" interests? The obvious answer would be, yes they have an enormous potential to stop impending attacks however so did the Patriot Act.
I feel that yet again we have allowed more of our liberties to be taken away from us for a false sense of security. I do not think these fancy machines will stop any attack. If the TERRORISTS want to attack us bad enough, they will, and yet again the price we've paid for these false security blankets will not have been worth it.

Not sure about you, but if anyone else threatened to take naked photos of my wife or children, I'd at least punch 'em in the face!

If the guy behind the scanner happens to have his free hand in his pocket, and there is a creepy smile on his face...
