I'm kind of torn on this. Since the Tea Partiers always like to quote from Thomas Jefferson's letter to William Smith (Tree of liberty, blood, patriots, etc.) then it seems only appropriate to use that same letter as remedy. What does Thomas say: "The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon & pacify them."
We should let them rant for the 30 seconds they can, before the attention span peters out and then "set them right as to facts". I agree, this is probably a bad setting, and from the crowd reaction it could be that he said some defamatory that just turned people off.

Good to see that ppl are not allowed to interrupt speeches. Sure the constituents should have their voices heard, but in the right place and time. This man chose to make his views known in the midst of someone speaking, when it was not invited, then refused to sit down and allow the speaker to continue. His removal was appropriate, regardless of your political views on the subject matter.
