Former SD prosecutor sentenced on drug charges

RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) - A former Pennington County prosecutor has been sentenced to four years in prison on felony drug charges.
Former Deputy State's Attorney Toby Karn pleaded guilty last November to possessing steroids and conspiring to distribute more than a pound of marijuana. He had been arrested in a sting operation in September.
Karn was a prosecutor for Pennington County from May 2000 to December 2002.
