SENATE BURGLARY: CIA DOMESTIC BLACK-OP TEAM ARRESTED : False Flag Specialist Among Them

Last week’s breakin at Senator Mary Landrieu’s office in the New Orleans Federal Building was more than it seemed, much more. All of the 4 arrested had been trained by the CIA and, possibly, Israel. One arrested, Stan Dai, is listed as an Operations Officer of the Department of Defense Irregular Warfare Program and a known expert and lecturer on, not only surveillance but explosives training, assassinations and “false flag operations.” If you wanted a plane to crash, an enemy to get sick and die or a building to blow up, Dai would be the man to know how to make it happen. Problem is, his skills were being used as part of a criminal conspiracy inside the United States against members of our own government.

Original reports on the “break-in” were also wrong. One of those arrested was found blocks away with a covert receiver, managing the office bugs. The man in the car is identified as Stan Dai, Operations Officer for the Department of Defense Irregular Warfare Program:

”one of the four was arrested with a listening device in a car blocks from the senator’s offices.” The FBI’s affidavit noted that Flanagan and Basel were in the building with O’Keefe, and a federal law enforcement official confirmed to AP that Dai was the one in the car.”

What is not initially known is whether this was the first attempt or, as is much more likely, an additional incursion to plant new bugs as the ones in place were missing key conversations. Also, it is not known how many “black ops” crews are being run by the CIA inside the United States in violation of their charter or if their operations are being limited to spying on Democratic lawmakers or if operations of a more threatening nature have been performed but remain undiscovered.

Additionally, as this was a covert op against US government investigations of, not only terrorism and terrorism funding but major financial crimes against the United States, it is unclear who the recipient of the “product,” an intelligence industry term for “output” or information put up for “distribution” might be. Potential buyers could be the Republican Party, Israel, Turkey, India, Russia, China, Venezuela, North Korea or financial institutions involved in massive money laundering schemes being investigated by the Senate’s Committee on Homeland Security of which Senator Landireu is a member.

Learn how the Intelliegence Community Center for Academic Excellence (IC CAE) at Georgetown University and the CIA got involved in this seedy domestic “black ops” group. In a story broken this week:

Dai’s links to the intelligence community appear to be particularly strong. He was a speaker at Georgetown University’s Central Intelligence Agency (similar program to the one Dr. Hasan attended prior to the Ft. Hood murders) summer school program in June 2009, and is also listed as an Assistant Director at the Intelligence Community Center of Academic Excellence at Trinity in D.C.

The university’s president Patricia McGuire told The Associated Press that it promoted careers in intelligence but denied that it trains students to be spies. (a seemingly meaningless statement considering what has happened)

The Trinity program received a “$250,000 renewable grant from the U.S. Intelligence Community” upon launching in 2004, according to its Web site. The program’s goals are stated:

The IC CAE in National Security Studies Program was established during 2005 in response to the nation’s increasing need for IC professionals who are educated and trained with the unique knowledge, skills and capabilities to carry out America’s national security objectives.

The CIA summer school packet also notes that Dai “served as the Operations Officer of a Department of Defense irregular warfare fellowship program.”

    • Neocongo, you might want to check out the link Capt. Sutter left. I just love it when people call something crap or conspiracy only to get spanked shortly thereafter. This is why I hold my tongue (albeit keyboard) until I do the research. I love watching those too quick to the keyboard get spanked.

I think we would all rather have them on our side, the sad fact is, they're not on anyone's side but the money.

    • It sounds plausible, but I don't seen enough references in RAWSTORY, and It hasn't been picked up by the MSM yet. Do we have any budding Invesitigative journalists among the community. I am too far away myself.

A little harsh? Well, other than our money, the rest of the world doesn't give a shit about us.

This article is more paranoid bullshit.

      Hi Corndog67,
Yes it would be nice if the CIA were on our side, but this is more of a description of "rogue" agents, we don't need conspiracy theory to explain this, you train these kids, let them go and yes they will start to act like comic book characters. Batman and Robin, etc etc etc. The whole point about America is that the founding fathers put rules in place because they didn't like kings and tyrants. Over the last 230 years this has worked extraordinarily well. If we don't value what has been achieved then we deserve to lose it. Letting the CIA or who ever has gone through the training run wild, outside of the rules, demonstrates that someone doesn't value what we have achieved.

I personally agree with the founding fathers that kings and tyrants are a bad idea and that it is time to get back to first principles, and rule of law.

    • Saw a story about this NY Times today, they are claiming some college activists broke into and tried to wiretap Mary Landrieu’s phones lines. This seems really strange to me, because I am not sure what college kids are schooled in the art of breaking and entering, or tapping phone lines. I also highly doubt college kids would plan this and do it on their own initiative. Someone was pulling their stings, with funds, support, training and maybe a bag of weed.. It sounded to me like a half ass operation that was set up to fail , so it could give authorities an excuse to monitor and lay down the law on college campuses, in order to protect us from "terrorism".

I doubt it was a bag of weed because you would have to be really fired up about doing something to break into a government office and wiretap it. The weed would have calmed them down and made them think twice about how stupid their idea was. It was probably some of the Cocaine that the CIA smuggled into the US to fund their black ops mixed with some Moonshine confiscated from some Smokey Mountain still and a little bit of Cash with a promise from Fox news that they will be stars.
Don't try to blame Weed on some idiots actions that the Weed would probably have kept them from doing in the first place.

    • The sad Irony is that this will not even make a big splash in the mainstream media which suggests that even if it was a black ops that the govt still has to protect it's own...no matter how adverse the act was, but yeah, lets water board em for info b/c last time I checked it was still we the people who run this muthafucka!!!

    • This article (and source) is complete bullshit. These four were barely potty trained let alone trained in any type of covert operations. It was an amateur monkey show from the beginning. Same as the pimp attack on Acorn.

I don’t think these guys are as innocent as to excuse their actions, using their youth. If anything so simple is to explain their actions, it’s the fifteen minutes of fame given to him for his pimp attack on ACORN, by Fox News, may have lead him into wanting more.

I’ve seen him, he is no innocent youth. His intentions are not pure. He was out for misconduct. Misconduct should not be excused, or overlooked. President Obama must take this serious. We cannot afford to let covert operations happen, without a severe reaction. Accountability and shame! Not fifteen minutes of fame! Shame, shame, shame!

    • These type of operations happen all the time. The CIA is really a government unto itself. If you want a good book on CIA operations read and consequences read, Blowback.

    • Central Intelligance Agency. Seem they are always stepping into messes that should require a little smart understanding of what their charter says. They cannot run intell ops within the United States. Whoever is pulling the strings sounds like he is willing to circumvent our laws and do whatever it takes to keep in touch with the internal workings of our government or even subvert the right of the people. The last person I heard of that fit this bill was our former VP. He did things like take on the the mantle of NCA and running U.S. Energy policy. The pupetier behind the power pulling the strings he wants pulled for his own purpose.

    • The article is much appreciated. Not surprised. Some comments seem diversionary [agent-like] themselves, however the comment about boarding hit it dead on. Thank you for the post.

    • If these facts go un-reported, is MSM co-conspirators? Will our government follow-up, or 'move along'? President Obama should use our Justice Department for the purpose it was set up for -- Justice!

    • Okay ummm.... first off just because these guys were jerks who sipped the kool-aid Fox news was putting out that Acorn was somehow completely evil and needed to be stopped does not mean we now need to sip the equally strange kool-aid this guy is putting out saying the CIA is completely evil and needs to be stopped.

Seriously our culture has become horrible about allowing a few fringe radicals on one side or the other of the issue suddenly "paper" everybody that belongs to a particular group--come on: not every single Muslim is a terrorist, not every single FOX news correspondent is an idiot--neither is every correspondent on MSNBC an extremely sarcastic liberal. Not everybody who works for Acorn was advocating for voter fraud, not every member of the CIA is looking to sell us out, and shocker I know but not all teabaggers are straight white people (that lack an understanding of sarcasm) :P... see what I am saying?

The whole point of this operation was because these kids got paid to discredit a couple of workers at Acorn with a silly sting--and they got Fox news (and the rest of the media) to spin it into this big giant conspiracy and make us all afraid of Acorn and black people and white pimps in bad fur coats and think that it was okay to show a young woman's butt wrapped in a macrame hot pad for hours on end on TV without being slightly aware of the double standard that the guy was wearing 3 layers and she was wearing barely one. (But who has time to debate the real issues of racism and double standard and misogyny when they are busy looking fabulous right?)

--thus he and his friends thought damn we ran out of money and we are back living in our parents basements so let's do this whole "sting" "new wave journalism" thing again--so after a short stop to see their fellow young entrepreneur Jay and Silent Bob type friends outside the convenience store and a stop at the Halloween supply store for some bad costumes they were off on a grand adventure to once again make money and gain notoriety for showing off their video while sitting on Glenn Beck's couch.
( Mostly because Johnny Carson required some type of talent before you could sit on his couch--and Jay Leno and Conan were fighting to the death so their couches were taken).

I mean seriously come on---after reading this article I wanted to go damn the FBI for not connecting the dots and following the rules and failing to keep me and everybody else in America safe from the CIA overstepping their boundaries. What next--will the Supreme Court rule that the CIA and the FBI are actually organizations and can run for Congress?

That and this is basically SSDD as Watergate or Iran-Contra or seriously just about everything Dick Cheney did as Vice President--stupid predominately Republican politicians sipping their own homemade kool-aid and thus believing they have absolute rights to control free speech (and mix the Democrats kool-aid for them) and that their power as leaders includes a right to control whatever their opponent might have to say against them before it's made public or actually said or acted upon.

No excuses please! Burglary is a serious crime..A childish prank is a very silly excuse for a criminal defense, in a Federal case....O'Keefe and his comrades are grown ass men..Everyone involved is deserving of all charges....
