    • i just dont understand what separates a gay Olympian from a straight Olympian..why cant they just be Olympians and not go out of the way to say they are gay..this is stupid. keep your personal lives to yourself, i dont run around saying, 'im straight, i need a new 'straight pride' house to fulfill my Olympianess..'

i dont have a problem with gay people, but there is no reason to separate yourself from society and expect more rights because you are different then the way god inteded people to be..

When society starts accepting gays as equals to straights, then you are right. Try being in a group of humans where you are not accepted, looked down upon, and banned from certain legal rights. Then you might understand why it is great to have a PRIDE house where one can go and know that no one is judging them.

To quote you: "i dont have a problem with gay people, but ... you are different then the way god inteded people to be." **WOW** Really?? By saying that gay is not how god intended people to be --- to me--- clearly says that you HAVE a problem with gay people.

    • why are the gay olympians set apart, rather than being with the countries, sports they represent? Russia, China, Roman Catholic Church, and the United States? What great company!
