While Toyota had some good news to report in a $1.7 billion earnings report for the last quarter of FY2009, that joy didn’t last long as the automaker acknowledged a flaw in the braking design in some 2010 Toyota Prius models. The Prius woes emerged ever since Steve Wozniak, Apple co-founder, declared that his 2010 Toyota Prius was experiencing random acceleration when in cruise mode. However, the specific Prius braking issue that has come to the forefront recently was originally reported from the Japanese shores, and has since gained traction in the West.
