Korea should be nuclear-free, Kim tells China envoy

North Korean leader Kim Jong-Il restated Pyongyang's goal of ridding the Korean peninsula of nuclear weapons when he met a visiting senior Chinese envoy, Chinese state media reported Tuesday.
