Feb. 9, 2010 Mayor of pittsburgh calls in National Guard for major storm work but also as patrol officers for domestic disputes. This is a violation of Posse Comitatus and should not be accepted by the citizens of Pittsburgh. Luke Ravenstahl, mayor of Pitt. says that normal police work will be handled by the National Guard.
