SMELLS FISHY: PAKISTAN SAYS IT WILL NOT TURN OVER TALIBAN'S #2 TO U.S.

The capture of Taliban's number two took another strange twist Friday. Pakistan is saying they won't turn him over to the U.S. Reuters had reported the other day that the Taliban say the capture of number two is bogus and a propaganda stunt by the U.S.
