The British supermodel Kate Moss burst in tears after walking down the catwalk in one of the latest creation of deceased fashion creator Alexander McQueen who was found dead in his apertement.This emotional event occurred after taking part in Naomi Campbell`s Fashion For Relief event.People close to Kate Moss told the media that she was devastated by the untimely death of her close friend.Among the celebrities taking part in Naomi's star-studded event were Geri Halliwell, Nicola Roberts, Kimberley Walsh, Dame Shirley Bassey and prime minister's wife Sarah Brown.
