No, because cultivating a monetary policy that leads to inevitable and catastrophic economic self destruction is always the right way to go. But don't worry Ben, there will always be a place for you as an assistant manager at South Of The Border. Everyone needs a backup plan.

Oh the hypocrisy is stunning. It's the Fed's job to print money, albeit digitally.
Hey, where's that 500 billion unaccounted for in foreign banks Bernanke? Won't print money my fucking ass, where do his loyalties lie anyway?

No, they will not "print" the so-called fiat "money," however that doesn't mean they wont issue electronic money!
There are two types of money in a fractional-reserve banking system, currency originally issued by the central bank, and demand deposits at commercial banks.
1. central bank money (all money created by the central bank regardless of its form (banknotes, coins, electronic money through loans to private banks))
2. commercial bank money (money created in the banking system through borrowing and lending) - sometimes referred to as checkbook money. The devil is in the detains, and Bernanke is one such devil that will deceive you, unless you can "talk the talk" of money!

I wonder if there is even enough paper "fiat" money to back up all the electronic money created by keyboards. Have we reached the point were if everyone demanded to redeem their electronic data points for federal reserve notes that their would not even be enough greenbacks in existence to meet that demand? (I am not even talking about countries trying to collect on debts owned them. Just citizen’s with electronic bank accounts trying exchange computer generated numerical values for cash.)

Better yet, how about the Federal Reserve disband, cease & desist, and stop printing money all together. Then the United States congress can begin issuing our own currency again.
