Census Gets Personal

It's time again for the Census! This once a decade occurrence was established in the Constitution by our Founding Fathers, however, more invasive questioning than ever has some people asking "what's going on?"

Since the Constitution only specifies that the Census get a head count once every ten years, where does the bureau get authority for their modern-day foray into private questioning? Or do they even have any? See the link for more...
