GM to reinstate 660 dealerships

More than 600 General Motors dealerships slated to close have received reprieves and will be reinstated, the automaker has announced. Arbitration claims had been filed by 1,160 of the 2,400 targeted dealers to shut down, the Detroit Free Press writes.
