Ron Paul: Nazi Creationist?

Image

When I first learned of the existence of Ron Paul, I was legitimately excited–and rightly so! Along comes a political figure into the mainstream who reflects a decent Libertarian ideology of Constitutionalism and Freedom…but like graduating from college, my unparalleled optimism was soon crushed into a fine paste.

The first element that killed my boner for Ron Paul was his denial of Evolution as scientific fact. It’s difficult to take anyone seriously when they refuse to except certain elements of reality. The dismissal of Evolution as purely “theory” or “just a fucking guess” is so painfully and willfully ignorant that it almost generates a default respect for religious people who choose to accept Natural Selection as a process kick-started by a creator god. Almost.

    • Ron Paul's followers are cute... You yell "White Supremacist" and they say: "But, he'll legalize pot!" Lol. Who cares if he will put people like me in concentration camps, huh?

    • Hey evolutionist! your missing link is still missing... which means... your theory is still a theory. not fact because it is yet to be proven. your branding a man for just one issue. time for you to evolve from your subhuman thinking...

    • Like I say in the article, I don't know if he actually fits the accusations of NEWS ONE, but he certainly fits the other accusations...the ones I took right from his ISSUES section on his website.

You're absolutely right...I don't think he believes in combining religion and politics...but having a leader who doesn't accept scientific fact will come into play when it comes to making other key decisions--like stem cell research...climate change...food issues...etc

I have the same problem with the "Issues" section of his website. There are a lot of pseudo-liberals who don't seem to care that Ron Paul cares more for fetuses than for American babies born from undocumented parents (he wants to strip their citizenship). The guy is a very nice man who pals with White Supremacists and gets money from the KKK. I am not sure who's scarier. If Ron Paul or his followers who don't seem to care the guy is a neo-Nazi, just because he will legalize pot and close the Fed.

Just the other day I was talking with a nice young woman who happened to be a RP supporter. I said

...But he will put me in a concentration camp!!!

She replied: -- Look at the bright side: he will end all wars, close the fed and legalize pot!

    • I never heard Ron Paul bring up "God" in politics before. I think the term "Nazi" is way overblown and deceitful in this story.
