Judge to rule on BNP membership

A judge will decide later today whether the far-right British National party (BNP) has done enough to change its membership policy to prevent them being racist.

Leader Nick Griffin succeeded in persuading party members to back a change in the party's constitution last month, which had previously prevented non-whites from joining.
