JUSTICE HEDLEY ON THE LARGEST ART THEFT IN HISTORY

Case before Honorable Mr. Justice Hedley on the largest Art theft in History with the kidnapping of the Artist son and murder of his father.

Followed form a fraud of millions of dollars.

Honorable Mr. Justice Hedley of the High Court of Justice of England is to hear the case on March 2, 2010 in regards to the kidnapping of Sebastian Pavon Cuellar, a child who was kidnapped from the Country of Mexico at the age of 8 months old immediately after an international settlement agreement under Hague Proceedings with the Embassy officials of the British and American Embassies in Mexico City and the Central authorities of Mexico ordering the child to remain in Mexico.

Cecil K Scott, Consul of the United States Embassy in Mexico City, executed a document taking the personally duty to prevent the abduction of the child from Mexico and the U.S. Embassy would withhold the travel documents of the child.

These events were followed from the theft by fraud of 1732 Original Fine Art Paintings and theft of hundreds of acres of Prime Real estate and 35 million dollars and this is how this scam was made;

Samantha Lowry was an illegal alien in Texas who had previously trespassed with 8 people into the homestead of Daniel Pavon Cuellar and stolen all his documents and even the homestead as well as 1732 Original Fine Art Paintings of the ArtistArtist Dapacu,(Daniel Pavon Cuellar)

Samantha Lowry stolen the travel documents of Daniel Pavon Cuellar and had all the travel documents of Sebastian Pavon Cuellar to prevent their return to Texas, then;
The Samantha Lowry and the Milner Law Firm initiated secret proceedings against Daniel Pavon and his elderly parents(Grandparents of the child) and claiming they kidnap the child and all events happened in Texas to obtain false jurisdiction, even claiming the child was in Texas, to obtain a child support without the child.

In fact, evidence shows the Lowry family may have in fact forged several documents of the United States Embassy to be able to kidnap the child, including the document of the U.S. Consul Cecil K. Scott who personally took the duty to prevent such abduction.

Now under the pending Hague Proceedings of the father in England, Samantha Lowry claims that she should not return to Mexico with the child, because Mexican Authorities could place bogus charges against her been an insult to Mexican authorities.

Then, this case becomes of international concern, if the testimonies of the Lowry family are true, and such illegal acts were obtained by the full consular support granted by Tony Blair, then the British Government is using Consulates and Embassies to steal the assets of families abroad, in the millions of dollars, but even the 1732 Original Masterpieces that could be reaching a billion.

But is very unlikely, seems the Lowry Family are trying to get away with the largest theft of art in history in this international scam. Now, Samantha Lowry has been sued as well as her family and attorneys; for fraud, trespassing, kidnapping and murder, and she is asking Honorable Justice Hedley to change her name and the name of the child.
Justice Hedley has received the evidence that clearly proves the document of the United States Consul may be forged, as well as the international scam of the Lowry Family who even used Tony Blair, Parliament Members Meg Munn and Anne Snelgrove and several others.

Justice Hedley apparently was in criminal justice before, the question is: How would Justice Hedley serve Justice?

The Child had been kidnapped now two years three months, and under the Hague Convention treaty, the child should have been returned long ago...

We will suggest, either this case is investigated very deeply on the acts of these officials, or have Samantha and Susan Lowry be checked by a psychologist and the child return to Mexico in compliance of the International instrument of the representatives of the Countries involved.
