CLIONA PAPAZIAN HAS NOW BEEN SUED FOR CONSPIRACY TO KIDNAPPING, THEFT OF THE LARGEST ART COLLECTION IN HISTORY, OBSTRUCTING MURDER INVESTIGATIONS AND BREACH OF INTERNATIONAL TREATY OF THE HAGUE CONVENTION .
CLIONA PAPAZIAN WHO ENGAGED IN ALL TYPES OF ILLEGAL ACTS IN THE COURT, PURPOSELY IGNORE EVIDENCE RECORDS AND MATERIAL FACTS AND PLACING A KIDNAPPED CHILD AT GRAVE RISK OF HARM.
Cliona Papazian who has worked in conspiracy with “common” friends such as Ms K Branningan QC , Mr M Scott-Manderson QC (Marcus Scott Manderson) have now JOINTLY AND SEVERALLY BEEN sued and added as defendants to www.thelawsuit.org.
Together and careless of the welfare of the kidnapped child and all he has already suffered, but also with an alarming medical report http://highcourtofjustice.org/MEDICAL_REPORT.html . Cliona Papazian and M Scott Manderson have colluded “a show” in court to purposely make impossible for the father of the child to obtain the medical records since the abduction to June 2008 and from June 2009 to date, but not even to know his whereabouts of the child.
The Medical report above only covers from June 2008 to 2009 and the poor baby has no immunizations, a fracture, and taken to emergencies for Otitis Media Acute with vomiting amongst other matters of high concern.
Cliona Papazian, M Scott Manderson and the Brethertons are now attempting to change the identity of the child against his rights, against the rights of his family and the father.
This case has seen all types of illegal activities including a recent transcript received where the father initially was on the phone for the hearing, but “someone” hang up the phone on him, but the father recorded this hearing and now compared it with the transcripts and such transcript has been altered, also with omissions and much other illegal acts.
